Best Practices for QR Code Design
Always test your QR code by scanning it with your phone before printing thousands of copies. Leave adequate white space (quiet zone) around the QR code — at least the width of 4 QR modules. Ensure sufficient contrast between the QR code and background — dark code on light background works best. Avoid distorting or stretching QR codes — they must remain square.

A standard QR code can hold up to 3,000 alphanumeric characters or about 7,000 numbers. For URLs, keep them short — use a URL shortener if needed. Longer data makes the QR code denser and harder to scan.
